Our Chocolates are hand-made at our store in Kamloops, BC - Canada.  Max Romann studied the fine art of a pastry chef and chocolatier as his professional studies home in Switzerland. Having brought his craft to Canada 11 years ago, his chocolates have warmed the hearts of everyone who appreciates a finely crafted truffle and seasonal specialty.

The Romann's and their expert staff take pride in using quality ingredients in the chocolates and pastries with a strong focus on consistency and of course...quality.  Be sure to enjoy the pastries right away and savour the chocolates within 4 weeks of arrival.

Chocolate Shelf-life:
4 weeks in a cool, dark, and dry place. (not in the refrigerator)
